About the Role

The Client Implementation Specialist provides vital support for smooth implementation of new client projects. This role prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, is adept in reviewing project requirements and identifying interdependencies, to ensure project success. The ideal candidate is sales oriented, highly organized, proactive, and a skilled project manager.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, execution, and completion of projects. Monitor project progress and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Schedule cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration; coordinate project activities, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders, including clients.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all project records are kept current and accessible.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements. Perform regular reviews and evaluations to ensure project outcomes meet goals / targets.
• Assist with project-related tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
