Manufacturing Capacity Manager
We're looking for a Manufacturing Capacity Manager in Arco (TN) location. Manufacturing Capacity Manager is responsible for overseeing capacity resources within the manufacturing environment to ensure production capacity meets market demand. This role requires strategic planning, detailed analysis, and close collaboration with various departments to optimize efficiency and ensure production aligns with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Production Capacity Analysis : Monitor and analyze the utilization of production resources, including machinery, equipment, software, and personnel, to assess available capacity versus market demand.
Capacity Planning and Optimization : Collaborate with the MFO and production teams to plan and implement strategies to optimize the utilization of available resources, ensuring production capacity aligns with market demand.
Production Management : Evaluate production activities to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime, ensuring production processes are optimized in order to meet LRP and Strategy 2030 requirement.
Long-Term Production Planning : Develop long-term plans for the expansion and upgrade of production capacities, in line with business growth needs and market changes described in the OH LRP and strategy 2030 document.
Risk and Contingency Management : Identify and assess risks associated with production capacity, contributing to develop contingency plans to manage any disruptions or unforeseen issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Sales, SCMG and MP&L teams to ensure coherent strategy planning and coordinated management of production capacity and Capex.
Human Resource Gap Assessment : Identify Manufacturing headcount and skill gaps through a structured mapping of the current state.
KPI's Evaluation : Monitor and evaluate the performance of production operations, identifying areas for improvement and contribute to develop plans to increase efficiency and productivity.
