Associate Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to support software vendors in building customer experiences and overcoming technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert on the product suite, including checkout, dashboard, and APIs

Communicate with C-suite and senior developers to enhance customer experiences

Write integration plans and sample code to assist sellers with Paddle integration

Required Qualifications

Understanding of web technologies, particularly JavaScript and its frameworks

Experience using and integrating APIs

Strong interpersonal and customer management skills from a customer-facing role

Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
