Junior Associate Attorney (Houston)

Want to work on challenging and innovative legal issues that require strategic and creative thinking, for a law firm that cares about improving health care delivery, privacy, security, and technology?

Youll be responsible for negotiating and drafting information technology and healthcare agreements, advising clients on current privacy and security frameworks and requirements, as well as data use and data sharing across multiple jurisdictions, and advising clients on healthcare laws that impact provider contracting and healthcare services. Youll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and work on cutting-edge legal issues that impact people in their daily lives.

You must have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice law in the state where you are physically present, and have 1+ years of legal experience.
