Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Patient Financial Services Manager to develop goals and strategies

Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in accordance with accounting policies

Provide training and performance feedback to staff while monitoring adherence to policies

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required

5-7 years of cash application experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting

Understanding of managed care contract types and billing practices

Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and government assistance programs
