Senior Director of Commercial Intelligence

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Commercial Intelligence to lead its commercial intelligence strategy and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial intelligence strategy for informed decision-making

Generate analytical insights by building intelligence frameworks and analyzing data trends

Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Commercial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong background in building intelligence functions within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment

Proven ability to scale Commercial Intelligence or Business Analytics functions

Deep expertise in identifying and applying leading vs. lagging indicators for growth strategies

Proficiency with business intelligence tools and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
