Are you an experienced ABA paraprofessional with school-based ABA experience? Join our team in Sharon, MA, and support elementary school students in a structured, collaborative, and positive academic environment. Your work will help students build communication, independence, and essential learning skills.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA support in an elementary school setting

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance

• Collect accurate data and document student progress

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and clinical teams

• Maintain a supportive, safe, and encouraging learning environment

• Support with toileting as needed

What We're Looking For

• Required: School-based ABA experience (paraprofessional or behavior technician role)

• Strong understanding of ABA principles

• Professional, patient, and reliable

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable committing to a Monday-Friday, 8:15am-3:15pm schedule

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
