A company is looking for a Sales Advisor - HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting
Consult with clients to understand their payroll and HR challenges and recommend solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and clients to build a sustainable sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
Two to five years of experience selling payroll, HCM, or HR technology and services
Experience with payroll or HCM solutions, particularly UKG Ready
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
