SERVPRO of Allentown, PA is seeking a Restoration Department Manager to lead our fast-growing restoration division. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated, organized, and hands-on leader to oversee a high-performing team and drive operational excellence in both Contents Restoration and Water Mitigation Services.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Restoration Department, managing a team of 1015 restoration professionals.
• Lead and develop team members to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and superior customer service.
• Oversee all phases of water mitigation, contents cleaning, and restoration projectsfrom inspection to completion.
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage department financials, scheduling, and project execution to achieve an annual volume of approximately $2 million.
• Collaborate with ownership, estimators, and project managers to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.
• Promote SERVPRO's culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.
