Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support the DoD Defense Health Agency TRICARE Fifth Generation Contract.

Key Responsibilities

Aggregate data and reports from various program teams into a unified reporting structure

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights

Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related field

2-4 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably within healthcare or government contracts

Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Understanding of Agile Methodologies and experience in using Jira for data management

Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
