JOB SUMMARY :

• Manage the Fred Hutch Pharmacy Services at Fred Hutch.
• Provides oversight of the operations at the inpatient hospital and direct supervision of pharmacy services at the Fred Hutch ambulatory clinic pharmacies
• Substantial responsibility for formulating institutional policy at the department level and assists in the oversight of annual drug expenditures.
• The Pharmacy Operations Manager will also : develop, implement, and evaluate pharmacy services; resolve day-to-day practice issues at the inpatient hospital and Fred Hutch ambulatory pharmacies; and collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient medication processes.

As a condition of employment Fred Hutch conducts pre-employment drug testing for this pharmacy role. All offers of employment in the pharmacy department are conditional on the applicant successfully completing and passing a drug test in accordance with the Fred Hutch policy.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $169,520.00 to $282,505.60 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.

This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
