Bob Johnson Chevrolet in Rochester, NYis seeking to hire a skilled Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strong closer, and relationship builder who excels at helping customers find the best financing options while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Youll play a key role in a fast-paced dealership that consistently processes 75125 deals per month , ensuring a steady stream of rewarding, high-value work.

Responsibilities - Finance & Insurance Manager :
Lead all aspects of automotive finance, lending, and insurance product salesAccurately structure and finalize deals, ensuring a smooth transaction process for every customerPresent and explain finance and protection options such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contractsMaintain excellent relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure the best programs for our customersEnsure compliance with all state and federal lending laws and dealership policiesSupport and collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership sales and finance goalsProvide an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and encourages repeat businessMaintain high levels of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all paperwork and processesQualifications / Requirements - Finance & Insurance Manager :
Previous Automotive F&I Manager or Sales Manager experience requiredDemonstrated success achieving sales and finance performance goalsStrong understanding of automotive finance programs, subprime lending, and credit approvalsProficiency with dealer management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne, etc.)Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skillsOrganized, ethical, and dependable with a passion for helping customersValid drivers license and clean driving recordMust pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screeningAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
