As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your role involves greeting guests, verifying credentials, and managing access to the building, all while providing outstanding customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a professional presence and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns. Pay Rate : $23.48 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence

Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and managing visitor logs, helping to deter unauthorized entry

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and location management

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel as needed

Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate parties

Assist with emergency response activities, following established protocols for the location

Provide general information and directions to visitors, supporting a positive experience while upholding security-related standards

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Experience providing customer service is preferred

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred

CPR certification is preferred

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
