Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer - System-In-Package.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop SiP solutions for solid-state control and protection systems
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess technical feasibility and transition designs into production
Define and interpret multi-physics simulations to ensure designs meet performance and reliability targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Materials Science
Master's degree in Engineering is a plus
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in system-in-package (SiP) design
Deep knowledge of engineering across multiple disciplines
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
