Position Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist I to join our General Specialty team during the evening shift. Your contributions will significantly impact patients' lives every day. This opportunity includes :

  • A Base Pay Range : $26.10 - $39.15, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Full-Time Hours : 40 hours per week.
  • Location : Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215.

    • Your Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room.
  • Assist with aseptic techniques, preparation of instruments, and support during surgical procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with surgical teams to anticipate and meet surgeons' needs.
  • Help with patient transport, positioning, and maintaining equipment.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • No prior experience necessary!

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and assist patients as required.
