What Product Management Is Like At Gusto

Team and Role

Gusto's Business Money team is building the financial operating system for small businesses. We help owners manage how money flows in and out of their business — from paying bills and running payroll on time to accessing capital and controlling employee expenses. We're expanding beyond payroll into a comprehensive small business platform, and this role is at the heart of that transformation. You'll help build financial tools that give business owners more confidence and control over their cash flow, enabling them to focus on growing their business.

Examples of solutions include budgeting and cash flow tools, expense management features, and financing options such as working capital when needed.

Compensation and Location

Cash compensation for this role is targeted at $152,000 to $190,000 / yr in Denver and most major metro locations, and $184,000 to $230,000 / yr for San Francisco, New York, and Seattle. Final offer amounts depend on location, experience, and other factors.

Where PMs Work

Gusto has offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York with remote team members across the US and Canada. We are also hiring for hubs in Toronto and Seattle. Open roles specify location eligibility on the careers page.

Note : The San Francisco office expectations cover the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas. When working from a non-office location, a secure, reliable internet connection is required.
