A company is looking for a Customer Service / Tech Support Rep (Tech Products, Bilingual : Eng. / Span.) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support and technical assistance for client products and services
Resolve technical issues and document information in databases
Maintain knowledge of client products and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both Spanish and English
1+ year of customer service experience
A high school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Proficiency in computer navigation and technology usage
