The University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business seeks a collaborative and results-driven advancement professional to serve as its next Vice Dean and Chief Development Officer. This individual will be the lead fundraiser and chief strategist and architect of Berkeley Haas' advancement efforts and will lead a team of ~30 development and alumni relations professionals. The Vice Dean will bring a growth mindset and strategic acumen to elevate Haas' fundraising enterprise from its current annual average of $27–$30 million to a minimum of $50 million annually. This leader will build the infrastructure for deeper alumni and donor engagement, driving increased philanthropic investment and shaping a modern, high impact advancement strategy that positions Haas for sustained growth and global influence.
