What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior, adapting to varying working environments and conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or breaches. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control procedures, visitor management, and adherence to site protocols within the financial institution setting. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Must be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
