About Our Client

Our client is building the Yelp for financial professionals—accountants, bookkeepers, fractional CFOs, financial advisors, planners, and wealth managers. Their platform is expanding quickly, and they're looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful assistant to help keep growth projects moving.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the founder to keep growth initiatives running smoothly. This role blends admin support, project tracking, and marketing assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Admin & Scheduling

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar for growth-related calls, deadlines, and launches.
  • Coordinate vendor and partner follow-ups.
  • Organize documents, notes, and project details in Airtable / Google Drive.

Content & Marketing Support

  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn / Twitter posts & Instagram Reels, TikToks, and
  • YouTube videos.
  • Format and upload SEO blogs, resource pages, and vendor spotlights to the site.
  • Repurpose blogs into short social posts & short form videos.
  • Vendor & Lead Ops

  • Help onboard new vendors.
  • Monitor inbound leads and make sure vendors have contacted them.
  • Send vendor upgrade reminders and follow-up messages.
  • Research & Special Projects

  • Research potential partnerships, PR opportunities, and backlink sources.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Hyper-organized with a knack for keeping projects moving.
  • Excellent written communication (friendly + professional).
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects without dropping details.
  • Tech-friendly (experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, Loops, or Bubble is a plus).
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
  • You’ll get to work directly with the founder of a fast-growing startup that’s fixing up an old-school industry. Your work will have a visible, direct impact on growth. You’ll have creative freedom, flexibility, and the chance to shape how they operate.
