Job descriptionRun parts to spec from engineering prints on CNC lathes. Set up machines end-to-end : choose workholding, kit tools, touch off / establish offsets, and secure first-article buyoff on FANUC controls. Measure accurately using calipers, micrometers, comparators; apply shop math to verify results. Log productivity and quality data in the company system. Maintain and clean equipment to meet department and company expectations. 3–5 years CNC lathe experience (Takisawa preferred). Offline pre-setter experience for tool offsets and comfort with quick-change tooling. Macro programming capability and experience with Mastercam or comparable platforms. Strong GD&T knowledge; can read and interpret complex drawings. Ability to lift 30 lbs. 2nd shift : Mon–Fri, 3 : 30 pm–12 : 00 am Pay Range : $27–$29 (1st) | $30.24–$32.48 (2nd) Quarterly Bonuses $3,000 sign on bonus Hiring Immediately Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness program, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PTO, tuition reimbursement.
