About the Role

The Vice President, People - Corporate provides leadership, strategy, design, and execution across all human resources functional operations for the corporate office, ensuring alignment and continuity across the wider organization. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role requires broad expertise in employment law, employee relations, workforce administration, and compensation / benefits. The VP will be a key partner in shaping HR programs, driving compliance, and supporting organizational growth.
