StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate : $322.04 - $348.60

This facility is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday - Friday : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm and call one week per month
• Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases : 100% adult 100% clinic; 40% hematology 60% oncology
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days from completed credentialing packet
• Requirements : Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology and Active California license, must have inpatient activity log for last 2 years for hospital privileges
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Meditech
