Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Sales Support Specialist opportunity with a leading provider of vehicle service contracts and automotive warranty solutions .

Your Specific Duties Will Include :

Agent & Dealer Support :

  • Efficiently process dealer and agent onboarding paperwork and ongoing account management.
  • Handle product additions, modifications, and commission adjustments as needed.
  • Respond to daily inquiries from agents and dealers, offering guidance and solutions.
  • Support sales training initiatives, including F&I training and ACE programs.
  • Assist with agent acquisition and onboarding, including preparing proformas and pitch kits.
  • Sales & Reporting Support :

  • Maintain and utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and proposals.
  • Generate and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for internal teams.
  • Support regional sales teams (RVPs / ADMs) by providing data on dealer activity and trends.
  • Manage third-party fulfilment services, including shipping and tracking marketing materials.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination :

  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve sales-related issues such as underwriting discrepancies and rate adjustments.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams in preparation for the National Sales Conference.
  • Manage internal sales department records, including agent contact information.
  • Specific Qualifications for the Position Include :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales support, account management, or the automotive warranty / service contract industry.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • AFIP Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Pay Rate Range : $28 - $30 per hour, based on experience

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
