• Apply professional nursing training to accurately assess, plan, implement, and rigorously evaluate nursing care for home health patients.\n
• Strictly adhere to all established Standards of Nursing Practices and organizational policies to ensure consistent, high-quality, and safe care delivery in the home setting.\n
• Possess the clinical competency to expertly assess the specific, comprehensive nursing care needs of the geriatric resident population.\n
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective and empathetic interaction with patients, their families, visitors, and collaborating staff.\n
• Utilize superior time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage the demands of a mobile home health caseload and documentation requirements.\n
• Employ robust critical thinking skills to make informed clinical decisions and manage unforeseen challenges effectively.\n\nRequirements\n
• Educational degree from an accredited school of nursing, resulting in Registered Nurse (RN) status.\n
• A current and valid RN license in the state where employment services will be performed.\n
• Current CPR / AED Certification required, or the willingness to obtain certification within six months of employment.\n
• IV Certification required, or the willingness to obtain certification within six months of employment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n
• Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation (Rehab), assisted living, or a dedicated home health setting is highly preferred.\n\nWhat We Offer\n
