Hardware / FPGA Manager

We're seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager with strong FPGA / Digital Design experience to lead a talented team building mission-critical solutions used by military and first responders worldwide. In this role, you'll do more than manage projects - you'll shape the next generation of secure wireless communication technology, mentor top engineering talent, and play a key role in advancing national security. You will manage and lead a team of embedded FPGA engineers developing FPGA firmware for wireless communication system applications and products. We're seeking experience in FPGA / Firmware development, as well as experience in technical team and project leadership. You will be responsible for managing resources, schedule, and budget for firmware development projects. You will work with cross functional teams to define, design, and verify FPGA solutions for radio product development projects. You will be responsible for all supervisorial tasks and career development of direct reports.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Maryland is $125,500 - $232,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
