Base pay range

We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work and solving problems. If you love troubleshooting broken appliances and helping families, this is a great role for you. We also provide ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs.
• Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed.
• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
• Collect payment for work performed.

Help the customer understand what needs to be done to resolve issues quickly.

Use critical thinking and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and correct repair on the first attempt.

Keep your work vehicle clean and organized and attend to detail in reports and customer information.

Regular training to stay current with new appliances and features.

Job Requirements

Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.

Compensation : Our technicians are usually paid on a daily guaranteed basis to start and may transition to commission-based pay based on revenue. Top technicians can earn well over $100,000 annually.
