Strong command of GD&T and experience applying Lean principles. Clear communicator with excellent problem‑solving skills. Compensation : $80,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience. A Day in the Role
- Convert incoming orders into complete routings and work orders in our ERP (E2, transitioning to Epicor).
- Select appropriate equipment and estimate run times to balance throughput, cost, and quality.
- Partner with Quality and Production to release jobs cleanly and on schedule.
- Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve flow.
- Dig into issues with structured root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Champion safety and quality compliance across every step of the process.
