A Day in the Role
- Convert incoming orders into complete routings and work orders in our ERP (E2, transitioning to Epicor).
- Select appropriate equipment and estimate run times to balance throughput, cost, and quality.
- Partner with Quality and Production to release jobs cleanly and on schedule.
- Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve flow.
- Dig into issues with structured root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Champion safety and quality compliance across every step of the process.
You Bring
BS in Engineering preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experience.Background in manufacturing process development or process engineering.Strong command of GD&T and experience applying Lean principles.Clear communicator with excellent problem‑solving skills.What You’ll Gain
