Interest-Bearing Product Manager
At Regions, the Product Manager assists in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing or business segments programs for a product or product line by collecting, analyzing, and reporting marketing and sales performance data. This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Interest-Bearing Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of the Consumer and Small Business Savings, Money Market, CD and IRA products. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of the products, from strategy and roadmap definition to execution and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will balance customer needs, business objectives, and risk considerations to deliver compelling, compliant, and high-impact products and experiences.
Bachelor's degree required. Ten (10) years of experience in product development / management, market research, or directly related experience preferred. Experience within the financial industry or with a banking institution preferred. Product Management experience preferred. Proficient in data manipulation.
Critical thinking and planning, demonstrated success in launching products or major product enhancements, excellent organization and project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, financial analysis, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, proven ability of leading and influencing cross functional teams.
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Minimum : $118,249.45 USD
Median : $156,540.00 USD
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and / or company performance. Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
