Pay Information

$1,500 per week

About The Position

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the sterile processing team during evening shift
• Oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Ensure all instruments are properly inspected, wrapped, sterilized, and tracked in Censitrac
• Operate and monitor sterilizers, washers, and other reprocessing equipment (Steris, VPRO Max, ultrasonic units, Medivators)
• Maintain compliance with infection control standards, AAMI guidelines, and hospital policies
• Assist with training and mentoring of new staff and techs
• Serve as a key point of contact for operating room staff and leadership during assigned shift

Job Requirements

Experience :

Minimum 1 year required; 2 years preferred

Lead SPT experience required

Certifications :

CRCST (via HSPA) or CSPDT (via CBSPD) – Required

BLS (AHA) – Preferred
