Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with strong expertise in AI solution design to support our client in the Pharma domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting innovative AI solutions, understanding business needs, and providing strategic recommendations. This role also carries a Business Development (BDM) component , requiring strong communication skills and the ability to identify, influence, and expand AI opportunities within the client environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI solutions , ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable AI strategies.

Provide expert guidance on AI design, frameworks, and technology best practices.

Engage in client-facing discussions to propose solutions, drive innovation, and support "land and expand" business development efforts.

Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying new AI use cases, presenting value-driven solutions, and contributing to long-term AI roadmaps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including data engineering, data science, and business teams-to ensure successful solution delivery.

Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience as an AI Architect with strong hands-on background in AI design and solution architecture.

Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

Ability to understand business objectives and recommend impactful AI solutions.

Experience in business development , client relationship management, or consultative solution selling.

Ability to work onsite / hybrid in Collegeville, PA .

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in the Pharma or Life Sciences domain.

Background in consulting or client-facing AI solution delivery.

Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or enterprise AI platforms.
