Class A&B Residential Drivers

Safely operate a residential garbage truck along designated routes. Collect and transport household waste, recycling, and yard debris. Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Ensure compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors. Maintain accurate route and service records. Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly. Provide courteous and professional service to all customers. Minimum qualifications include being at least 25 years old, or 23 years old with a completely clean MVR. A valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement is required, along with a current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card) or ability to obtain one. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are also necessary. Prior experience operating a refuse or commercial vehicle is preferred but not required. Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, is essential.
