The position offers a supportive environment with on-site lab access and minimal call requirements. Candidates should possess a valid Illinois license, clinical doctorate, and ideally have 2+ years of practice experience.

HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC / BE Primary Care Physician (FM and IM will both be considered) for our Medicare Clinic in Springfield, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.Practice HighlightsWell established, growing practice with great community support.Monday - Friday weekly schedule with an option of either working 4 or 5 days per weekMinimal call - phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic. Call is to cover your own patients only.Support staff available for each providerOn-site access for labs, X-rays, and DEXA scans.MRI and CT Scans both available nearby within the communityEPIC EMRPosition RequirementsUnrestrictive Illinois license prior to startBoard Certified or Board Eligibility2+ years of prior practicing expereince is preferred, but not required.Compensation & Benefits Package2 year base guaranteeSign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all availableResidency stipends available for those still finishing residency20 days off + 6 holidays per yearCME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal yearOpportunities to earn productivity and quality bonusesPay Range : $278,656- $351,282
