Location : The Dalles, OR

Duration : November - Ongoing for at least 6 months

Reason for coverage : losing a provider

Schedule : Need 3-5 days per week

Shift : 8 hours, open 8a-5p

Call : No IP, no Call

If patient is admitted the hospitalist team manages

Patient volume : 60 min new patients, 30 minutes for f / u (option for increased time if complex patients)

Scope : outpatient, 50 / 50 HEM / ONC

EMR : Epic

Hospital : -Referral center for the rural medicine in the area

• 39 bed hospital
• Level III trauma designation (they will manage and admit trauma)

Group / support : Two other Oncologist and one NP ONC -

Requirements (boards, license) : At least BC in ONC, can be BE if recently trained
