Location : Edison, NJ

Reports To : Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager

Shift Options : Both Available

• First Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
• Second Shift : 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM

Salary : $20 - $30 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a 3PL warehouse operations in Edison. This position offers both First Shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM) and Second Shift (4 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM) options to accommodate different schedules. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure inventory control, and lead the team to meet performance goals, all while maintaining safety and compliance in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise Warehouse Operations : Oversee the daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality are maintained according to company and client expectations.

Lead Warehouse Staff : Manage, train, and motivate warehouse associates to meet productivity goals. Ensure the team adheres to safety procedures and company policies.

Inventory Management : Ensure inventory levels are accurate, perform stock audits, and ensure goods are properly stored and handled.

Order Fulfillment : Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring all orders are processed correctly and on time.

Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections and audits to ensure products meet the quality standards required before shipping.

Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations in compliance with OSHA guidelines and ensure proper use of equipment.

Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records for inventory, staff performance, and daily operations. Prepare and submit reports to management.

Client Interaction : Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience :

3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Skills :

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Certifications :

Forklift certification preferred.
