Role Focus

Lead the Fitness function across all clubs to deliver standout member experiences and profitable growth. Own the fitness business : strategy, execution, talent, systems, and results.

Role Details

Travel : 50%

What Youll Do

  • Own the fitness P&L across clubs; set targets and deliver revenue, margin, and labor efficiency.
  • Raise member satisfaction for PT clients through consistent service standards and coaching.
  • Run the playbook : deploy and drive adoption of Enhance and other PT tools / programs.
  • Build the team : recruit, develop, and lead all fitness staff.
  • Level up capability : design and deliver training that improves PT knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Partner with Marketing to create and optimize campaigns that grow fitness awareness and conversion.
  • Manage performance using KPIs; inspect what matters and coursecorrect quickly.
  • Scale what works : standardize best practices and launch strategic programs across markets.

  • Multi-unit fitness leadership with proven success in Personal Training.
  • A track record of growing revenue and profitability.
  • Strength in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Comfort working crossfunctionally with Operations and Marketing.
  • Clear communicator with a bias for action; passionate about fitness and member experience.

  • PT revenue and margin vs. target
  • Member satisfaction and client retention
  • KPI attainment (conversion, utilization, sessions per client, labor %)
  • Tool / program adoption and training completion
  • Quality and stability of PT leadership bench
