As the Vice President, Finance - Corporate Technology, you will lead the finance business partner function for a corporate technology alliance and / or security function, working closely with business leaders to deliver dedicated and insightful financial analysis to enable the function to reach its short and long term strategic and financial objectives. They will interact frequently with Technology leaders to deliver financial information and insights in a concise and relevant manner to feed effective decision-making, while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships. Evaluating strategic technology alternatives in support of long-term planning and execution, as well as lead a team of finance professionals, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the execution of deliverables make this a pivotal role for our organization.
This role reports to the Senior Finance Officer, Technology Finance and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our office complex in Alpharetta, GA. (This is not a fully-remote role)

What you’ll do :
- Serve as the lead Finance business partner for the Technology Alliance teams within Equifax
- Provide financial business partnership to Technology and Product leadership teams in identifying and addressing financial and business issues, bringing effective information to bear, supporting timely decision-making, and personally driving action and results on initiatives where appropriate
- Analyze technology spending (operating and capital) and trends, and the preparation of reporting and synopsis of the business results to the business and management. Assist in leading the Technology Alliance in evaluating strategic technology alternatives in support of long term planning and execution.
- Responsible for financial management, optimization and of cost of ownership for Cloud environment, including properly tracking, managing and reporting variable costs.
- Ensure the alignment of Cloud capital expenditure with business goals and objectives by working directly with key partners and product owners.
- Oversee the preparation, reporting, and analysis of financial information for the Technology Alliance, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly analyses of results. Prepare executive summaries and conduct financial reviews with business unit leadership that help highlight key trends, variances, strengths and weaknesses within the business performance and contribute to timely management decision‑making. Identify appropriate action plans which respond to opportunities and issues.
- Prepare annual budgets which reflect market conditions, key business drivers and strategic and operating initiatives, and properly balance realism with healthy stretch objectives. Help identify action steps to ensure successful delivery against budget targets.
- Lead development of business cases for capital expenditures and other key initiatives.
- Anticipate business needs, and maintain a strong understanding of key business drivers and industry trends.

What experience you need :
