Position : Manager Trainee – Home Improvement Outreach
Ready to grow into a leadership role while earning great pay?
We’re hiring motivated individuals to join as Manager Trainee — no sales,
just scheduling FREE inspections for homeowners.
Responsibilities :
- Walk neighborhoods and find homes with old original windows, doors and roofing
- Speak with homeowners, explain the value of impact windows, doors and roofing
- Schedule their FREE inspection appointment
- Learn how to recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers
