Job descriptionAssist with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation) Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and recreational outings Encourage independence, social engagement, and skill development Document services provided and report on progress or concerns Maintain a safe and supportive environment Previous caregiving or DSP experience preferred, but not required training provided Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to lift, bend, and provide physical assistance as needed Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required CPR / First Aid TB Screening Multiple shifts available (days, evenings, overnight, and weekends) Competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and benefits

Job Summary :
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. As a Caregiver / Support Specialist , you will play a key role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals you serve.
