SQA Analyst - Federal Banking Technology Excellence
Location : Kansas City, Denver, Oklahoma City, or Omaha

Compensation : Up to $69 / hour DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and deliver comprehensive software quality assurance strategies for business-critical applications supporting federal banking operations
- Develop test scenarios and user acceptance criteria by understanding business drivers and reviewing requirement specifications and user stories
- Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, test scripts, and test data to ensure applications meet rigorous quality standards and end-user requirements
- Document, track, and resolve software defects in collaboration with product delivery teams, ensuring quality throughout the SDLC
- Develop and communicate software quality measures reporting on reliability, compliance, accessibility, performance, and security
- Perform peer reviews and leverage quality assurance processes and technologies to maintain excellence
- Establish collaborative relationships with customers, service providers, and technical delivery partners
- Work closely with delivery partners to align QA services with product delivery approach and schedules
Required Skills & Qualifications
Required :
6+ years of relevant software quality assurance and testing experienceBachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science / technology, business administration, or closely related field from accredited institution (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Broad, in-depth understanding and experience with quality assurance and testing disciplineSenior to advanced level understanding of QA subject matterAbility to work independently with limited supervision and directionExcellent problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated ability to balance constraints and priorities to ensure team commitments are metCurrently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipPreferred :
