Key Responsibilities
Protect the ecosystem by preventing fraudulent activity and enforcing Terms of Service
Investigate and resolve complex escalations related to Trust & Safety and member support
Collaborate with Engineering to address bug and app functionality issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
Basic knowledge of Zendesk
Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent
Outstanding analytical skills and excellent judgment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
