Are you looking for an opportunity to set a new standard for Primary Care, one based on the quality of care, not the quantity of patient visits? Kinwell is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our 6th and Washington clinic in Spokane, Washington. What you'll do :

• Manage a panel of patients for a full spectrum primary care clinic, taking care of acute and chronic care needs.
• Be curious in an effort to keep more care in primary care; solve problems, answer questions and spend quality time in service of learning on behalf of your patients.
• Assist in the development of a high functioning care team with the goal that every person works at the top of license and scope, developing teammate's work in alignment with interests, good of the community, and licensure.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Specialists, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals in person or by video in the best interest of patients.
• Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and need for follow up as appropriate during each patient visit.
• Perform minor outpatient procedures in accordance with credentialing / privileging policy.
• The Nurse Practitioner will work in partnership with clinic Physicians when a situation is beyond their scope of care and / or license and requires Physician involvement.
• Provide after-hours care service support as part of the on-call program.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Verify and document that the patient understands the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up recommendations.

What you'll bring :

Working Environment

This position operates in a clinic environment, providing both in person and telehealth care. Collaboration with various healthcare providers is routine, and participation in wellness programs may also be required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a clinical environment, interact with patients for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring a high level of concentration and emotional resilience.

Vaccine Requirement :

What we offer :

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

National Salary Range :

$105,200.00 - $178,800.00
