Housing Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Housing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Permanent Supportive Housing with all housing compliance activities for Conexio’s affordable and permanent supportive housing programs and will be responsible for coordinating placements of eligible persons into these programs. Duties include implementation of housing screening and placement activities; maintenance of the files of all persons served in all housing programs per policy guidelines, federal rules and regulations, and contractual agreements; and provisions of housing locator services for persons served at Conexio. He / she will be required to handle matters of confidential and sensitive nature and must maintain the confidentiality of all clinical, financial, personnel, and proprietary information.
