This includes risks identification; proposing mitigation recommendations, product requirements, and acceptance criteria to product teams; and reviewing and validating CX / UX before review closure.

Negotiate the remediation approach and acceptance criteria with leadership, support development of remediation plan with partner organizations, and ensure we meet our deadlines and commitments.

Accelerate our ability to meet our customer trust commitments by coordinating with product teams on developing and landing on short, medium, and long term strategies.

Collaborate with engineering, design, consumer insights, data science, and legal to build highly impactful products.

You will spend a good part of your time engaging with a wide range of cross-functional partners across engineering, legal, policy, risk, science, UX, and other product teams to gather insights, clarify trust requirements, and uncover both issues and opportunities.

You’ll participate in frequent brainstorming sessions to shape new ideas, solve complex trust problems, and design fixes that address not just immediate needs, but also set us up for long-term success. Staying connected is key : you’ll attend cross-org syncs to stay informed on evolving strategies and dependencies, while also representing your work in key forums.

You’ll help drive the D&S product teams forward by scheduling trust forums, writing opinion papers to discuss Hotly Debated Topics within the product or CX to senior leaders — including VPs and SVPs — and ensuring what we build is responsible, innovative, and aligned with our broader vision of trust and customer impact.
