Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking a dynamic M edical Surgical RN to join their team in Fort Walton Beach, FL. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. Job Requirements

1 year of recent acute care RN experience required

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or compact license eligible (must obtain Florida RN license prior to start)

Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred

BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start

NIH Stroke Scale certification

Shift : Days Only (7a–7p), rotating weekends

Unit Details :

30-bed Med Surg Neuro unit

Nurse-to-patient ratios aligned with acuity-based staffing

Patient population : neurological, post-surgical, stroke, and medical-surgical cases

Reports to the Director of Nursing
