Support Staff : APP coverage during the day

Patient Volume / Callback : Average 810 callbacks per day

Patient Population : Adults

Hospital Beds : 269

EMR : Cerner

Practice Setting : Hospital

Requirements :

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology Required

Active Arizona Medical License Required

DEA Certification Required

Minimum Experience : 1 year

Credentialing : Emergency credentialing offered
