Location : Hybrid, with three days minimum out of our brand new, state of the art headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

The Role
The Sr. Creative Strategist will play a pivotal role in ideating, executing, and evolving high-performing creative campaigns across paid media, email, and emerging channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth, Brand, and Creative teams and partners to translate insights into thumbstopping assets that elevate our brand and drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize creative strategies for paid social, search, display and emerging performance marketing platforms.
- Write strategic creative briefs and manage feedback loops with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality asset delivery.
- Collaborate across teams to manage a content production calendar and align creative with channel-specific goals and brand voice.
- Lead A / B and multivariate testing to refine messaging, formats, and creative concepts based on performance insights.
- Analyze creative performance data to inform iterative improvements and future strategy, transforming consumer behavior insights into actionable creative direction that maximizes engagement and conversion.
- Partner with Brand, Growth, Influencer, and Merchandising teams to produce authentic, high-performing assets.
- Lead the sourcing, vetting, and management of creators and influencers for all paid media channels, including partnerships and approvals.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive creative to guide innovation and creative differentiation.
- Act as a creative advocate within the Growth team, identifying opportunities for expansion through new content formats and platforms.
- Maintain a library of top-performing creative and collaborate with analytics to measure and communicate impact.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
3–5 years experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a similar role at a DTC brand or creative agency.Deep understanding of paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and their creative best practices.Experience collaborating with creative professionals (designers, copywriters, producers) to develop compelling assets.Proven ability to use data and consumer insights to inform and optimize creative.Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms and their unique creative needs.Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate the “why” behind the work.What We’re Excited To Offer You
