Senior Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition of the title and insurability of properties

Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures

Acts as a resource for less experienced team members and performs all other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
