Advanced Systems Design is seeking a Client Systems Technician for our client.
This is a fully onsite opportunity to work alongside the federal government.
Primary Duties :
- Provide administrative duties for all software contained on the Dean of Faculty IT systems at the client site
- Works independently or with a team.
- The Technician shall perform administrative duties to include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and removing academic software on the Dean of Faculty's IT systems.
- The technician must maintain education and training requirements as outlined in AFMAN 17-1303, specifically paragraph 3.2, of the Cybersecurity Workforce Improvement Program.
- Provide on-call support as required.
- Obtain technical guidance as required from supervisor and / or higher-level technician.
- Observe and adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and client safety rules and regulations.
- Fulfill other work center duties as assigned.
- Provides support to other contract work centers in the event of manpower shortages or unexpected requirements.
Required Qualifications :
Four years or more of experience in computer, software implementation and maintenance and peripheral equipment.A SECRET security clearance is required. An IAT Level II certification.Education :
An associate's degree in IT or a related field. Equivalent experience can be used as a substitute for this degree.Advanced Systems Design, Inc. is :
