About the Role
The Company is in search of an SVP of Sales to lead its revenue growth across diverse client segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the revenue engine, with a focus on both local / mid-market and performance / enterprise clients. This role requires a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the ad tech industry. The SVP of Sales will be tasked with sophisticated selling, client influence, and sales leadership, including the development of multi-year sales strategies, and the direct oversight of regional sales directors. Strategic collaboration with marketing, product, and operations is also a key aspect of the role.
Applicants must have at least 20 years of B2B sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years leading multi-manager teams, and prior SVP / VP experience in ad tech is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong background in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and operating cadences, as well as expertise in CRM and sales tools. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and have a domain familiarity in advertising, media, ad tech, or related data-driven GTM environments. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. The role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and market expansion, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing the company as a trusted performance-driven partner in the CTV space.
